Factual corrections, questions about the difference between two tours, and press or operator enquiries. If a price, an opening date or an inclusion on this site no longer matches the live listing, tell us which page and we will correct it.
What we cannot do
We are an independent guide, not the venue and not a tour operator, so we cannot see, change, refund or cancel a booking. Bookings made through the widgets here are held by GetYourGuide, and your confirmation email is the way to reach them. We also cannot tell you whether the Kehlstein road will be open on a given morning: the road and house can close at short notice for snow even in summer, and the Berchtesgaden weather and information line is +49 8652 2029.
Before you email
Most questions we get are already answered on the site. What it costs covers the €34.70 entry ticket and which tours include it. Best time to visit has the 8 May to 8 November 2026 season and the bus timetable. Accessibility covers the tunnel, the lift and the 25-minute walk. If you are still choosing, start at all tours.
Where the Eagle’s Nest is
The Kehlsteinhaus sits at 1,834 m on the Kehlstein ridge above Obersalzberg, in the Berchtesgaden district of Bavaria. The Kehlstein bus leaves from the Obersalzberg bus station, and that is the point every visitor passes through: the Kehlsteinhaus on Google Maps ↗, or the Kehlstein bus departure ↗.
